Single Day Lesson Details
Single-Day sessions are private 1-on-1 lessons unless otherwise approved. Sessions may focus on: Bullpen preparation, Touch-and-feel work, Delivery adjustments, Strike zone consistency, Tournament preparation, Game-ready refinement. Single-Day lessons are scheduled only during open time slots that do not conflict with Multi-Day blocks.
MULTI-DAY PROGRAM DETAILS
The Multi-Day Program is designed for athletes committed to consistent, long-term development. Training Structure 2–3 days per week Consistent, coach-assigned days Supports progression, recovery, balance, and arm durability
Weekly Development Focus
Age-appropriate strength & mobility, Rotational power & stability, Mechanical refinement & drill progression, Structured throwing program based on workload, Movement prep & recovery work, One designated bullpen session per week
Bullpen Emphasis
Command & strike-throwing consistency, Delivery adjustments, Pitch sequencing, Game-like execution, Routine building for tournament play

Prepare for weekend competition, Improve mechanical efficiency, Increase strike percentage & command, Develop repeatable routines, Build mound presence & confidence, Support safe, sustainable arm development

SCHEDULING POLICY
To maintain structure and fairness:
- Time slots cannot be
double-booked. - Filled Multi-Day blocks become
unavailable for Single-Day lessons. - Scheduled Single-Day lessons
block that time from Multi-Day placement. - When one athlete occupies a
Multi-Day block, age and partner preference may be shared for grouping
purposes.

ARM HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION
Please notify the coach of any previous injuries, pain or discomfort ahead of session. It helps to monitor their throwing volume and workload to
prioritize long-term arm health. -
